Development and maintenance of test procedures, test cases and co-ordination of the development of test tools for DP Master tests

In 2003 the WG released the final master test spec according to IEC 61158 and 61784-1, did minor changes in master test specification to align to slave test specification, gave a contribution to the slave test specification and created a concept for lab instructions and harmonization with slave lab instructions.

In 2004 the WG set up lab instructions according to test specification in English.

In 2005 test specification for DP extensions were integrated into the master test specification document. The WG reviewed and updated the document "Test Specification for PROFIBUS DP-V2 Masters", version 2.98.

There were no activities in 2006.

In 2007 the WG will review and update the test instructions for PROFIBUS DP Masters.
