Maintenace of PROFIBUS communication specification; creation of implementation guides.

WG started activities in 2003.

In 2004 the WG prepared and published a draft guideline containing correction of editorial problems, technical errors and technical enhancements. In addition an IEC corrigendum was published, containing correction of editorial problems with technical focus.

In 2005 preparation of a new FDIS of IEC 61158/61784 (PROFIBUS Part) was started.

In 2006 the WG will continue the work.
