Device Integration in the domain of Factory Automation
In collaboration with the FieldComm Group, the ODVA and the OPC Foundation, PI are currently investigating the requirements on device integration technologies.
An AdHoc/PG working group will be set up to collect use cases and to evaluate the requirements from the perspective of factory automation.
The AdHoc/PG needs persons, that have the background knowledge of Industrial Protocols, Device Configuration and Diagnostics, Standardization and Interoperability or Cybersecurity in Automation.
All interested member companies are invited to collaborate on this topic.
