  • Part 1: Flexibility and efficiency with Module Type Package
    In this presentation, Thomas Tauchnitz will give you an overview on the MTP concept, addressed use cases and benefits. You will learn, how to build an MTP compliant Process Equipment Assembly (PEA) and how to orchestrate several PEAs within the Process Orchestration Layer (POL).
     
  • Part 2: News from standardization: What's new in MTP 2.0?
    Mathias Maurmaier will dive into the new version of the MTP Specification, which has been developed in the Joint Working Groups of NAMUR, ZVEI, and PI. You will learn, why this new version is called MTP 2.0, which changes have been made compared to the former versions and how to implement the new version in your PEA automation solution or POL system.
     
  • Part 3: MTP certification - plans and status
    Conformance testing is an essential element to ensure interoperability between the various PEAs and the POL in a modular plant. Stephan Hensel, Lead of the Joint Working Group MTP Marketing will present the status and plans for MTP validation and certification.
